Today Jon-Jon was supposed to have a detention at school so we cancelled plans to get froyo in The Junction and decided to go Kings Plaza instead, just me and Alyssa
Jon-Jon ended up getting out of his detention (probably by just not going lmao) and he accompanied us anyway
So the plan was to do summer clothes shopping, and Rainbow is always cheap & cute we dgaf if it’s considered the preferred shop of hoodrats or whatever, so we make a routine stop in there
I’m looking at some tops and I hear this GARBLED NOISE coming from where Alyssa wandered off to, so I turn around
AND I SEE A FAMILIAR PINK HOODIE AND LITTLE BLACK HAIR BUN TRYING TO SNEAK PAST JON-JON AND I BETWEEN THE CLOTHING RACKS WITH ALYSSA BEHIND HER
And she’s generally not being low so I shout “NELLIE” and watched her jump up with the quickness lmfao
OMGGGGG WE MISSED HER SOOOOOO MUCH!! If you guys don’t remember she stepped down from CTM leadership in 2011 when she announced at the very first Free Crib Festa that she was 2 months pregnant : ( and we were all really shocked but of course happy for her, even though it’s super sucked to not see her or have her at meets for 22 months now
But we kept her with us for the rest of the time we were in KP, we caught her up on everything she’s missed, she told us all about what she’s been doing and about her little boy Jeremiah, and basically for a while now her mom’s been telling her to leave Jeremiah at home with her so Nel can go back out to CTM meets, maybe find a new boyfriend, and just generally have some fun rather than just working and taking care of the kid all the time because that does run its toll after so long
And she had been reluctant about it, but after catching up with us today and shopping with us/cutting ass on everyone/causing a ruckus like the good ol days, she’s decided that she’s going to take her mom’s advice and return to her position as CTM’s one and only LEADER!
